PalateFlow

A restaurant ordering and operations platform — designed, built, and operated entirely in-house.

What it is

PalateFlow gives a restaurant everything it needs to take orders, run its kitchen, and manage its menu from one workspace — customer-facing ordering on one side, kitchen and operations tooling on the other.

We run it ourselves, on infrastructure we manage ourselves, which is exactly why it's the reference point when we talk about our own SaaS Products and Linux Server Administration services: this is the standard we hold client work to, because it's the standard our own product has to meet.

What webuilt

Customer ordering

Direct ordering with no marketplace markup or middleman.

Kitchen operations

A live order queue built for a kitchen, not an office.

Menu & inventory

Menu, pricing, and stock managed from one admin.

Staff roles & access

Role-based access so staff only see what their job needs.

What a restaurantactually gets

Direct ordering with zero marketplace commission eating into margin
A live kitchen queue built for a kitchen, not repurposed office software
Menu, pricing, and stock all managed from one admin, not three disconnected tools
Role-based staff access, so a server cannot touch settings meant for the owner
