Using this website
This website is informational - it describes what we do and lets you get in touch. Using it does not create any contract between us; that happens separately, in writing, once we have scoped actual work together.
What we sell
The eight service areas listed on this site - Product Sourcing & Logistics, Digital & Performance Marketing, Branding, eCommerce Solutions, SaaS Products, Linux Server Administration, Web & App Development, and Shopify Expert - describe the work we do.
Actual engagements are scoped, priced, and agreed on a per-project basis outside this website, not purchased through it.
Case studies and results
The case studies on this site are honest accounts of real work we have done, including our own products. We do not fabricate results, and we say so directly when a result is not quantified.
That said, every business is different - nothing on this site is a guarantee that similar work will produce the same outcome for you.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site - the design, the wordmark, the written content - belongs to Wahenam International unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution; you are not welcome to copy the site itself.
No warranty, and limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided as-is. We have made a real effort to keep everything on it accurate, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the site will always be available without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, Wahenam International is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit anything we separately agree to in a signed project contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top of this page will change when we do.
