Who we are
Wahenam International is an India-registered company. This policy explains what personal data wahenam.com collects, and what we do with it.

What we collect
Only what you give us directly. When you use the Contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to add - phone number, company name, and your message.
We do not collect personal data through any other page on this site, and we do not ask for anything beyond what we need to respond to you.
What we do not do
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party ad pixels, or analytics that build a profile of you across other sites.
The only thing stored in your browser is a single, non-tracking preference - whether you have chosen light or dark mode - kept in your browser's own local storage. It is never sent to us and never shared with anyone.
Third parties involved in running this site
A small number of infrastructure providers handle data in a limited, functional way so this website can actually reach you: Cloudflare sits in front of our server for security and performance, and sees standard connection metadata such as your IP address as part of that. Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which means a font request goes to Google's servers when the page loads.
We do not hand your contact-form data to either of these, or to anyone else, for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it - email us through the Contact page and we will act on it. If you are in India, this is handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you are OK with the update.
