Tivora World

A premium phone-accessories brand out of Ahmedabad — glass-back cases, MagSafe accessories, and grips — built around "where premium meets perfection."

Multi-carrier shipping, made invisible

Tivora ships pan-India through a mix of carriers — Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and India Post — chosen per order for cost and delivery speed, not a single default. That only works if the storefront's shipping logic and the fulfillment side actually agree with each other, so we built and maintain the integration layer that keeps rates, tracking, and carrier handoff in sync without a human reconciling spreadsheets.

A real incident, and what it actually took to fix

In August, Tivora's storefront started buckling under what looked at first like a traffic spike — it wasn't. It was a bot flood, and the real cause turned out to be a per-IP rate limit in the fleet's nginx config that had quietly broken. We traced it, fixed the rate-limiting properly across the fleet, and rolled out Cloudflare-level bot protection so the same failure mode can't recur the same way twice.

We're not including this because it makes a tidy story — it's here because it's the honest version of what "we manage your infrastructure" is supposed to mean: something breaks, someone finds the actual root cause, and it gets fixed at the layer where it actually lives, not patched at the surface.
